Wearing a shoe is like wearing clothes, we do it every day but if your shoe is just not the right size and or made with comfortable materials and does not have the perfect fit, you might end up throwing the shoe away and not buying any shoe from that store anymore.

However, In our company, the team of shoe artisans is proficient in all aspects of shoemaking and offers high-quality and elite shoes for its customers.

Let us tell you a bit about our process of shoe-making

Our Shoe craftsmen have decades of training and experience in manufacturing quality shoes and chappals. Our Men have been in this business for 20 years and know the ins and outs of shoe-making.

From conception to the production of each pair of shoes, our artisans focus on every detail, to give you a unique and quality pair of Peshawari chappal each time.

Let us tell you about our process below

  1. Gather The Material

  2. Our shoe artisans and craftsmen, along with the help of our workers first and foremost get the materials that are necessary for the making of the shoe. The most experienced craftsmen design the shoe according to which the materials are gathered.

We have artisans in our team that have access to global resources and all the knowledge that helps them constantly incorporate new designs and elements in shoemaking to make the customer happy and meet your needs as the time is constantly evolving and so is the customer needs.

Sometimes we also use used tires and harvest some parts of our shoes from them to make certain parts of our shoes.

This includes getting material that usually includes the following part of a shoe:

    • Sole of the shoe
    • The lining of the shoe
    • Strap
    • Heels of the shoe
  3. Assembling the Shoe

  4. Our second craftsman takes all that material and according to the blueprint (design) of the shoe and compiles everything to make the first draft of the shoe. You can see in our video how our craftsmen are combining materials with the help of our workers and making the shoe.

    This includes:

    • Cutting out leather and other fabrics
    • Stitch the pieces together
    • Cut out extra design elements
    • Stitch the pieces together with glue or a hammer.
  5. Trimming the shoe

  6. Once the initial shoe is made, our third craftsman checks the shoe to make sure if any other adjustments are needed or not according to the design of the shoe. He then cuts out all the extra material and finishes the product.

  7. Providing Finishing touches to the shoe

  8. Lastly, our finish men ensure that the process of burnishing is on point and provide each pair with a unique finish. Be it an antique look or to creaming the shoe that gives it a fine and polished look.

    This process usually includes:

    • Using a sealant spray
    • Burnishing the shoe
    • Adding any design elements for the shoe
    • Shining the shoe up
    • Packing the show-up and sending It out for delivery to stores or individual clients.

Lastly, our craftsmen take the shoe out for a test drive to make sure everything is perfect and is working out just fine. If during that test drive something disassembles our craftsmen take the shoe to the first step of this shoe-making process again.

We keep alive for producing well-designed product for each customer.

By putting the perfect combination of style and craftsmanship at the core of what we do, we areproud to offer the finest range of Peshawari, Charsadda, Quetta and Norozi Chappals.
