The article must be returned in original packing with tags attached
The condition of the article must be as good as new
We offer a 15 days money back or return guarantee
In case of below mentioned conditions, products will not be deemed fit for return:
Custom orders will not be returnable or exchangeable
We have provided a detailed size chart on our website. So, beware when placing an order as we will not be able to entertain returns or exchanges in case of selection of wrong size or color
Torn or damaged articles will not be returnable
In order to return an article, a customer will have to seek its approval by emailing us at the provided email address. In the email, please do not forget to mention your name, email address and order number. Once you get the approval from our representative, you will be told to ship the article (at your own cost) to our designated warehouse address.
Moreover, the processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 working days and refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that shipping charges will not be refundable.
